Meet Carolyn
I’m a biochemist by degree, researcher by training, photojournalist by heart, yoga therapist in practice, and AI strategist by trade. From representing the USA in international competition to studying African Grey parrots in Cameroon’s rainforests, from continuing Paul O’Neill’s legendary ALCOA transformation to integrating ancient wisdom with cutting-edge science—across every chapter I’ve learned that flow is the renewable energy that powers meaningful work. My mission: help visionaries channel that energy into lives and businesses that feel both expansive and grounded.
A rare and deeply useful guide to living in flow – beyond burnout, fatigue, and anxiety. This book offers rhythm as medicine, and shows how to access the deeply human, trainable state of flow across creativity, performance, and recovery.
